The claims professional submits a Review Request Form with specific questions to be addressed by the consulting physician.  AMBR identifies the appropriate specialist based on the request.  AMBR submits all requisite information to the consultant and coordinates the case through completion and returns the final product to the claims professional.  In the case of an Independent Medical Evaluation (IME), AMBR coordinates the entire process including patient scheduling and document processing.
